Fees, Payment & Insurance Information are listed below. 
 
  • Counseling Fees vary according to Therapy Services.  Fees can range from $60-$140.
  • Payments can be made by check, cash or credit card are are due when services are rendered.
  • Returned check fee for insufficient funds: $35.00.
  • Missed Appointment/Late Cancel Fee (within 24 hours):$25
  • INSURANCE: When insurance is used for counseling services, coverage is based upon a client's insurance coverage/plan which includes co-pay amount per session, any co-insurance toward services as well as whether the client has a deductible to meet.  Clients are encouraged to be fully informed of their insurance coverage for mental health benefits as it is ultimately the client's responsibility for balances due. This includes any services that are not covered by insurance as well as co-pays, co-insurance and any deductibles not met.
  • LifeCare Counseling is in-network with BCBS, UHC, Optum, Cigna, and Aetna.  If LifeCare is out-of-network with your insurance, a Superbill (Statement of Services) can be provided so that clients can submit to their insurance for reimbursement. 
  • LifeCare Counseling recognizes that finances can be challenging for those clients who are uninsured and/or for self-pay clients with whom have financial constraints preventing them from their ability to pay the standard counseling fees.  This is why we try to work with clients whenever possible, on minimizing financial barriers to receiving mental health services. So, if you think you cannot afford to come to counseling, give us a call to discuss if there are ways you can.
